1) What services do you offer?
We design logos, full brand identities, websites (Shopify), social media graphics, and merch/t-shirt designs. Production-ready print files included.
2) How do I get started?
Click Contact / Get a Quote, share your goals and references, and choose a package. We’ll confirm scope, price, and timeline before starting.
3) How long does a project take?
Logo concepts in 3–5 business days; full branding 1–2 weeks; a small Shopify site 2–4 weeks, depending on scope and feedback speed.
4) How many revisions are included?
Most packages include 2–3 rounds of revisions. Extra revisions are available at an hourly/flat rate if needed.
5) What final files will I receive?
You’ll get AI, EPS, SVG, PDF, PNG, JPG (color, black, white) plus a mini brand guide (fonts/colors) for branding packages.
6) Who owns the design rights?
You do after final payment. We transfer full commercial rights and may showcase the work in our portfolio unless you request NDA.
7) Do you build websites too?
Yes—Shopify and modern, responsive web pages focused on clarity and conversions. We can connect domains, basic SEO, and essential apps.
8) Do you provide merch/t-shirts?
We design print-ready files and can help with vendors. If we handle production, you’ll get durable prints, accurate colors, and size/care guides.
9) What are your prices and payment options?
We offer tiered packages for logo, branding, and web. Payments are via Shopify/Stripe/PayPal. Larger projects may require a deposit.
10) What’s your refund/change policy?
If canceled before we start, full refund. After concepts are delivered, services are non-refundable, but we’ll work within the included revisions to get it right.
