These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of services provided by Elite Studio USA LLC, a company registered in the United States, with a registered address at:

By purchasing services from elitestudiousa.online ("Website"), you agree to these Terms.
1. Services
Elite Studio USA LLC provides fully digital branding and design services, including but not limited to:
- Logo Design Packages (Premium Branding Package, Premium Website Package, The Social Ecosystem)
- Brand strategy and creative assets
- Web design and development (Webflow, WordPress, Shopify)
- Logo Animation add-on
- Fast delivery add-ons
- Custom premium social media creative services upon agreement
All services are delivered digitally.
2. Orders & Payments
All payments must be made in full before work begins.
We accept card payments and other payment methods available through our checkout provider.
Work will not commence until payment is successfully received and verified.
If payment fails or cannot be verified, the client must provide confirmation before services proceed.
Elite Studio USA reserves the right to cancel orders where payment verification cannot be completed.
Currency Notice:
All prices listed on the Website and all payments are processed in USD (United States Dollars), unless otherwise explicitly stated.
Clients are responsible for any currency conversion fees, exchange rate differences, or additional charges imposed by their bank or payment provider.
3. Delivery Timelines
Initial concepts are typically delivered within 5 days after the client completes the required intake form ("Requirements Form").
Brand Ecosystem deliverables begin after logo approval and intake completion.
Fast delivery add-ons prioritize timelines where applicable.
Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary in rare cases due to unforeseen circumstances. If a fast delivery add-on cannot be fulfilled, only the fast delivery fee will be refunded.
4. Revisions
Revision allowances depend on the selected package:
- Basic Plan: 2 revision rounds
- Premium Brand Package & The Brand Ecosystem: Unlimited revisions on the selected concept
Revisions apply only to the chosen direction. Requests outside original scope or for entirely new concepts may incur additional fees.
5. Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information
- Complete required intake forms
- Provide timely feedback
- Ensure they have legal rights to all materials, names, and content submitted
Elite Studio USA does not verify trademark availability or legal ownership of names provided by clients. The client assumes full responsibility for ensuring legal compliance.
If a client requests copyrighted, trademarked, or unauthorized material, Elite Studio USA reserves the right to refuse such requests.
6. Intellectual Property
Ownership of final approved deliverables transfers to the client only after:
- Full payment has been received, and
- Final files have been delivered.
Elite Studio USA retains ownership of:
- Unused concepts
- Drafts and preliminary designs
- Presentation materials
- Internal design files
Elite Studio USA reserves the right to display completed work in its portfolio and marketing materials. If a client explicitly requests that their work not be displayed, Elite Studio USA will respect that request.
7. Use of Fonts, Mockups & Stock Assets
Logos are fully custom-designed.
Mockups are used for presentation purposes only.
Certain branding materials may incorporate licensed fonts or stock images.
Third-party assets remain subject to their original licensing terms.
Clients are responsible for obtaining extended licenses if required for commercial reproduction.
8. Refunds
Refund eligibility is governed strictly by Elite Studio USA's official Refund Policy.
By purchasing services, clients confirm they have read and agreed to the Refund Policy.
9. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes
Clients agree to contact Elite Studio USA before initiating any chargeback or payment dispute.
If a chargeback is initiated without prior communication:
- All project work will be immediately paused.
- Elite Studio USA reserves the right to dispute the claim.
- Access to files and services may be revoked.
- Fraudulent disputes may result in permanent service refusal.
10. Cancellation
Orders may be canceled before work begins.
After initial concepts are delivered, at least one revision attempt must be completed before refund eligibility applies, in accordance with the Refund Policy.
11. Client Inactivity
If the client fails to respond or provide feedback for 40 consecutive calendar days:
- The project may be marked complete due to inactivity.
- Work completed up to that point will be delivered as-is.
- The project becomes non-refundable.
12. Trademark Disclaimer & Optional Services
Elite Studio USA does not guarantee trademark registration or legal approval of any design.
Trademark registration is the client's responsibility.
If a client wishes to pursue trademark registration, they should consult a qualified attorney in their jurisdiction.
13. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
- Elite Studio USA shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages.
- Elite Studio USA is not responsible for business losses, lost profits, marketing outcomes, or third-party production errors.
- Maximum liability shall not exceed the total amount paid by the client for the specific service.
14. Disclaimer of Warranties
Services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
Elite Studio USA makes no guarantees regarding:
- Commercial performance
- Brand success
- Legal clearance
- Compatibility with third-party platforms
15. Termination
Elite Studio USA reserves the right to refuse service or terminate projects involving:
- Abuse or harassment
- Fraudulent activity
- Violation of these Terms
16. Modifications
Elite Studio USA reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms become effective upon posting on the Website.
